Find a real lawyer
A rank amateur dilettante who claimed he couldn't stop a felony malicious prosecution case that lasted over 2 years, yet charged fees all the way throughout the ordeal. He kept trying to get me to agree to a plea agreement, but I maintained my innocence and the case was dismissed on that basis....

Replied last April 07, 2022I am sorry you feel this way. To be clear, I handled your preliminary hearing in Justice Court... then negotiated an agreement where the case was dismissed. You hired me Feb. 2016 after you were arrested. I had the deal on the record in Mar. 2017, and the case was dismissed in June 2017. To be clear I was present at the last hearing... reread the minutes. The State needed a new copy of a document, I delivered it and left. The State just placed the closure on the record. Now your largest complaint seems to be the fees. Over a year of representation and appearances and your total bill was less than $10K for a dismissal! I am sorry you felt disappointed because I had to deliver some harsh reality.
