Doesn’t respond to clients. Files things late (including the afternoon of a hearing when the hearing was in the morning)! Doesn’t bother to familiarize himself with your case. Doesn’t file very crucial evidence properly so it gets thrown out in court. After you lose and your life is ruined at a trial... you don’t hear from him for two months. When it’s too late to appeal or anything! Doesn’t call witnesses that he says multiple times he wants added to the list of witness!
