Amanda is phenomenal! I can't say enough positive things about her. She is the reason that we have a relationship with our kiddos to this day. My ex-husband filed a divorce case in Washington state, claiming jurisdiction, when in fact we were only temporarily staying with his parents due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. When I returned with the children he claimed I absconded with the children. The Washington courts were misled by my ex and I lost custody of my children. My friends encouraged me to open a case in Nevada and try to fight locally after the WA divorce case has been opened for 8 months. They say I could win and get my babies back. He finally called me to try and settle with me and return my children back to where they belong.
