Excellent caring and dedicated attorney

Jason was kind enough to pick me out of a list of people from the Pro bono assistance program. He did not have to do that but he did and I'm very grateful that he did! After a long year of fighting my ex husband Jason got me what I deserved and then some. He stayed on top of things even though he had other cases. Jason is very dedicated ,caring and generous person. His whole office was very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Jason and send people his way anytime. I think he would be a great judge!

Where do I begin…… I seriously cannot say enough good things about Jason Stoffel and his staff. They were absolutely wonderful!! They made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They took care of everything with a smile. As far as Jason himself…. He went above and beyond to help my children and me. I had a very unique case and he was eager to work with me and accepted the challenge ahead. I was out of state when we had to do our initial consultation over the phone. He spent as much time needed gathering facts and already had me feeling like everything was going to be okay. Right from the start he worked hard for me. He always returned phone calls and emails, making sure I was informed at all times. I don’t know of any other attorney who would meet after hours eating fish tacos going over a case with his client just to be sure she was confident that the case was solid and ready to present in front of the judge. He made sure I knew what was going to be asked and what was going to happen step by step. I left his office that evening the night before court without a worry on my shoulders and complete confidence in him. In the end I walked out of that court room with Jason as a winner!!!! I was so blessed to have had him on our side fighting for us and I can’t thank him enough. I would gladly recommend anyone to him in need of a family law attorney!!! Jason, I personally would like to once again thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping my family together. :)

Child support, custody and paternity

Jason had given me a peace of mind with the current issue I've been dealing with. His advice helped me feel secure about any legal issues I asked him about. He answered all my questions with confidence. He's also very knowledgeable of the issue. He's very helpful and I will definitely hire him in the future for any legal family law matters. Honest and caring. Not just in this for money

Jason is an attorney that truly cares about this clients. During his consultation he really wants to know the full situation good or bad. He won't just tell you want to hear to collect fees. He provides guidance to help you resolve as much as possible outside of the courtroom to save you money. Don't let it fool you though, because he will be ready to fight if it comes to that. He knows tge family laws. He will explain the laws in easily understandable ways. He first words are not, "this will be very expensive", he won't want to encourage you to settle for anything less than what the court will legally allow you to have. He will not look for short cuts just to make a quick buck. I felt blessed to find him and have him as my attorney. I have continued to keep him as my attorney of record.

Fantastic experience

Mr Stoffel provided us with a wealth of information during our consultation and was incredibly helpful. He was approachable, down to earth, thorough, and most importantly, honest. Excellent insight and advice!

I went to Mr. Stoffel for a consultation. He was extremely caring and attentive to my questions. He went above and beyond in the time I spent with him. I strongly feel that his intelligent, experienced lawyer is the opposite of the greedy and self-serving stereo-type. He ended up recommending a great place to get my Qdro done, and a low-cost paralegal to file my papers. If I end up needing a lawyer, I will definitely choose HIM!

REVIEW FOR JASON STOFFEL

I HAD JASON ON A CUSTODY/CHILD SUPPORT CASE. I FOUND HIM THROUGH THE LAS VEGAS PRO-BONO PROGRAM. THE FIRST TIME WE MET HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT DID NOT MATTER I WAS A PRO -BONO CASE. JASON TREATED MY CASE LIKE I WAS PAYING OUT OF MY POCKET. HE IS A VERY CONCERNING PERSON AND DID HIS BEST TO KEEP MY CHILDREN IN MY CUSTODY. WE DID "WIN" I GOT SOLE LEGAL AND SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY OF MY TWINS FROM THEIR FATHER THAT LIVES OUT OF STATE. WE HAD A HORRIBLE JUDGE THAT WAS OBVIOSLY FOR FATHERS. BUT JASON HANDLED THAT AND AS I SAID WE WON. JASON HAS A GREAT SECRETARY ALSO MISSY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP. THEY BOTH ARE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. HE NEVER ONCE LEFT ME IN THE DARK ALWAYS RESPONDS TO E-MAIL'S RIGHT AWAY AS WELL AS MISSY. I WOULD TRUELLY LIKE TO THANK HIM FOR HELPING ME AND MY FAMILY WHEN ALL DOORS WERE CLOSED. No one like jason

I couldn't think of a better lawyer/person than Jason to represent me. I went in for a consult and immediately i knew I wanted him by my side in court. Goes above and beyond

I had seen 5 different attorneys and then found Jason! He takes his time with each person and responds to emails fast, even when you haven't retained him! I hired Jason as unbundled and court went In our favor, with out him there on the first hearing I wouldn't have been able to get my ex to back down and let me move away. I will hire Jason again to help me through my reopened case!

Jason and his staff are wonderful

I have not yet hired Jason as our attorney but I would in a second if/when that time comes. I had a consultation about two years ago with him and I knew right from the begging he was the one I wanted on my side. Jason doesn't tell you everything you want to hear, but what he does tell you is the truth. I could've hired Jason right then and there because I was so unknowledgeable when it came to child custody issues, he could've taken me for a ride...but he didn't! He told me sure, you can hire me if you want and pay out money that's not necessary right now, but why? Jason sat with me for nearly an hour, answering any questions I had, explaining the pros and cons, and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay and that he was only a call or email away. During this time with me Jason did not get paid, he didn't rush me or seem annoyed by all the questions and need for reassurance I had. You can tell that he really loves helping others and he's good at it too! Since my first meeting with Jason, I have reached out to him again, this time via email like he said I could if I ever had any questions or concerns. Jason was very quick to personally answer my 'mile long' email to him where he once again assured me to keep doing what I'm doing and overall just reassuring me that I don't need him quite yet. I don't doubt for one second that if/when the time comes and I do need him he will be there for our family.

Review

I had a free consultation with Jason and within 5 minutes he knew he wouldn't be able to take my case because it was not in Nevada's jurisdiction. However, he sat with me for the rest of the hour answering my questions in detail. I left his office much more educated about my case and he did not charge me at all. He never rushed me or seemed upset that he was doing all of this for free. If I could, I absolutely would have hired him.

The Best from the Best

During the hardest time of my family partition Jason and his team were the light that help me believe that everything will be fine. The waiting process of getting custodial of my two little sons was the most difficult and important matter to me . He always kept my sprit up and help believe that it will not be a happy ending but good results . Very professional attitude through the entire process , never allowing to nag our opposition nor playing a dirty games. I highly recommend Jason for being the pillar that holds and help to get through unfortunate invents like divorce.

Prayers Answered

Seeking out an Attorney being from California, is a difficult situation, however, I was referred to Jason Stoffel by our paralegal from Las Vegas-Maggie Strickland....We schedule an appointment and drove into Vegas to meet with him..His office staff is very friendly and informative...Our meeting we had with him gave us hope....for our son's custody case...We left the office feeling relaxed and a whole load lifted off our shoulders....We retained Jason and drove back home with our prayers answered in finding a confident and knowledgeable attorney..Jason advised us what we needed to do in California and we did...and that was successful...Our day at court in Las Vegas was approaching and Jason's staff kept up with us and kept us updated with our case....The day of court came and everything that Jason said would happen did!...He did an excellent job in representing our son and defending him from the other attorney....Case was dismissed....can't tell you how happy and content we were that the case was dismissed.....Thank You Jason for the great job!!!! An Angel

Jason and his team were true angels to my kids and I after going through the biggest nightmare I thought was not possible to survive. Out of the kindness of his heart he took me on though the probono program and showed throughout the entire year of this nasty divorce that he cared so much for my children and was willing to go beyond to give them the best outcome possible! His office let me bring my kids in and had a kid friendly area for them while I spoke with him and his staff was so sweet to my babies! He took calls, emails, and texts after hours and always willing to answer concerns no matter how busy he was with other cases. He was so helpful in making sure I added specific important points into my decree that I would have never thought of requesting. Jason helped me save mine and my children's lives giving me a hope that I could leave the abusive marriage and start over for a better life! I cannot thank him enough for his time, expertise, dedication, loyalty, and huge heart! I will always recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney. knowledgeable, excellent

Words can not explain how grateful I am for Jason's great advise. I first reached out to Jason for a second opinion on my custody case and I was so happy that I did. He was very professional, knowledgeable in family law it was disappointing that he did much more for me in my consultation with him than the lawyer I had paid to take care of my case. Excellent choice for family law issues

Jason has done an incredible job preparing motions, responses, and representing my case in the courtroom. He is very knowledgeable about the family court system and keeps you informed all through the process. Jason returns emails and phone calls very quickly and I always feel that he has my back and will deal with the issues promptly. His staff is always helpful and they are excellent at answering your questions and assisting you through the process. I highly recommend Jason for all your family court needs.
