Do not use this attorney. He represented a woman pro bono who inappropriately touches and examines her 3-year-old daughters' genitalia and got her out of the mess she was in on a technicality. Without going into the details of my case let me please warn you do NOT have Mr. Robbins represent you! I believe his terrible handling of my case did irreparable damage to my case and I would have been far better off on my own! Also he ran up every bill he possibly could. He ran up charges ...and anytime I called to ask something or leave a message I was charged just for leaving the messages, which I would not have to do if he didn't take weeks sometimes to reply to a mycase message, which he also charged me a lot of money to even read let alone respond. In my opinion he shows a lack of effort and communication. He does not respond promptly. Sometimes takes more than one phone call or email to get a response back. I had to pay $1800 outright for Kenneth to help move my time order shortening for custody up. I was scared and needed a trustworthy lawyer... to have my back. We never went to court and he advised that I sign the stipulation from the opposing party and end it. I felt defeated, and neglected. I waited and He never gave me the signed order back and here I am still no child support, nothing. I had to call the court and go get my own copy. He refused any partial refund as well.
