This has only part to do with stacey, It's the review of the firm to date. (I'll update once all is over) I'm currently usuing Right lawyers for a child custody case. I'm a stay at home mom, and my husband is active military,. We live outside the jurisdiction of nevada, but my case is being ...held there. So I hired RIGHT LAWYERS because of the positive military review. I have had two retainers. One in which was smooth, informative, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on all decisions made with approval on my behalf. (Laura) Nothing was done unless it was ran and throughly discussed by/with me (as law intends). I FULLY enjoyed the service. I paid 3,500$ and I felt it was well spent for everything Laura did. (She spoke a language I could understand, let me know I hired her to do a job, and my goals and intrest were top priority. She had an open line of communication and understood these cases can be very stressful and draining. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. Then theres the new retainer.... (theres a previous 1 star review on here, and I'm experiencing the EXACT same things although I've agreed to pay the money asked of me) The military community has even come together to help fundraise for my cause for "keeping military family's together" both in vegas in alaska. So that my family doesnt go without the basics. ( we sold most our belongings to meet the needs of our case financially and have been recognized for our efforts) All I am asking is for RIGHT LAWYERS to do is the services I've agreed to pay with my families best interest in mind. Without threats that would cause undue hardship, pressure, and unusual demands. I am a mom, spouse, human, volunteer, & daughter. I'm 24 years old and I did not ask to be put in this situation, but you've agreed to help me get thorugh it. My voice is important.

I recently moved to Las Vegas and was 9 months into a process of trying to settle or divorce my spouse. Nothing was ever brought to a conclusion and the system was set up for lawyers to push paper and bill hours. I was “screened” by four practices here in Las Vegas and provided inconsistent and confu...sing advice. After speaking on the phone to Rock R and then meeting with Stacy I felt I had received a fair appraisal of my situation and options. On top of that I was not made to feel like this process was about money. Right Lawyers was not inexpensive but they were straight with me as to the cost and process that would get me to a satisfactory conclusion. A large part of the frustration everyone feels during this process is the lack of access to attorney and their staff. My experience with Right Lawyers is they are available to answer questions and do a reasonable amount of hand holding as part of the client lawyer relationship. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a reasonable straightforward and compassionate law firm to represent you in a divorce proceeding.

When I was faced with a divorce I didn’t see coming, I was given the names of several attorneys in Las Vegas to contact. Being an attorney myself, I obviously had many names thrown my direction. I personally met with a couple of them. At both, I waited more than 20 minutes past my appointment tim...e just to be seen. When I contacted Stacy’s office, I was advised that she was out of town but would contact me to discuss my case. Not knowing her, I figured, sure she would. No less than 10 minutes later I received a call from her on her personal cell phone. She spent 20 minutes with me answering my questions, easing my concerns, and providing me a concrete path for tackling the issues ahead. Without even meeting her I knew that she would be the best advocate for me. Upon her return to Las Vegas she had me into her office and spent the time with me to go over the issues unique to my case. We developed a plan and she was beyond responsive, provided clear advice, and really made a horrible process highly manageable. Her team of professionals was just as outstanding. With any procedural or administrative issues I always received the best in client service. I really could not have asked for a better lawyer to guide me through my divorce. The process ended up playing out almost exactly like Stacy laid out for me in our initial meeting. I received the result I was hoping for. I will recommend Stacy to anyone facing divorce.

I certainly hope she is a better lawyer than she is a judge, but I doubt that because she way overreaches on people without legal representation. You see that a lot with new judges that were lawyers because they're helping former colleagues get new clients while making a little kick back for herself....

Not only did this firm break lawyer-client confidentiality once but they did it twice during my painful association with them. Meredith sent my unfinished litigation documents to opposing consol without my permission and with incorrect information without telling me. It caused immense damage to my ca...se. Then she sent me another client's file. The firm showed no remorse at their breach in ethics and refused to reimburse me so I could hire another lawyer to clean up their mess.
