I am very happy today finally I got discharge letter , credit card debts gone, during past 5 months, don't know how many times I looked this name " A fresh start", It touched my heart so much. really. I have to say if I didn't have Dorothy to be my attorney , I wouldn't have today. I owe $60,...000 credit card debt ,I was going to borrow money to do the debt reduction, it's going to cost me at least $ 25,000 and may take over a year . The reason I find Attorney Dorothy because she only charges 10% of the reduced amount not like other attorneys charge the whole debt amount's 10% . When I met Dorothy , She suggested me to do chapter 7 bankruptcy , She herself gave up making $4000 , would rather making $ 1400 and do the complicated bankruptcy paperwork , just because she thinks to borrow new debt to pay the old debt is bad action , She said having a fresh star of my life is better for me , and she has confidence to make it happen. Other people told me if I have a job income is not low enough , it's gonna fail . But Dorothy told me it's wrong . We start on May, during those months , preparing all kinds of documents, fill forms, we have been sent each other 109 emails ! and I went to her office 6 times, what a work...... I read lot of people's experience online, some attorney offer lower price get people in, later charge more and more, but not Dorothy , She could asked me to pay more, She spent so much time and energy on my case, specially because of my ignorant , didn't know the right way to calculate income , her had to spend more time re-calculate and explain to me..... My case is complicated , because I have stock account, small business, such a mess, over 200 pages of document present, when trustee told me they need more bank documents, I felt I was collapsed.....But Dorothy was calm and at the first time guide me to prepared everything we need. Dorothy is the most capable attorney I have ever met, and She is the nice, kind, confidence, hopeful, I asked her to treat her for dinner, she didn't want , I want to give her some gift, she said she didn't need anything , Dorothy is like a angel, I can see her heart , she is not for making money, she is there for helping people. Dorothy Bunce at a fresh start was pleasantly supportive and insightful prior to and during the process of our filing. My wife and I have never filed for financial hardship prior to this and we were very apprehensive and anxious about the entire process. After getting into soo much debt in credit cards and NOT knowing how to get rid of all this debt, i decided to file for bankruptcy. I found attorney Dorothy Bunce with the most reviews and great reviews. She is very professional and she makes you feel like you are her family, she really cares about h...er client. after some time of some paper work done, my court day was up and was there for bout 2 minutes. Im just waiting now to be discharged from my debt. Saving myself over 24 Gs in debt ......i REALLY recomend her !!!!!

Dorothy help us thru not only with our bankruptcy case, but also with a very complicated loan modification. From the minute we sat down in her office, she made us feel like finally, everything would be taken care of. She was always prompt in returning our phone calls and responded quickly to EVERY SI...NGLE email I ever sent her. Which is a big deal. She kept us updated and informed on each and every phase of our case. I always felt that no matter what was going on with our case, that she had complete control of the situation and we never had to worry. All her fees were more than reasonable and never did she try to get "an extention" , so it would cost us more because of extra time that she might need. I couldn't be more please or satisfisfied with Dorothy's work, her attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile for us. She is truly one of the best lawyers in Las Vegas. I was very surprised to see positive reviews for this attorney and had to share my experience. About 6 years ago I was experiencing some severe financial issues, loss of job, payday loans and many many bills. I didn't know what to do and saw bankruptcy as my only option. After researching attorney'...s Ms. Bunce seemed like a good choice because her advertisements billed her as someone who cares. I went to her office which was a converted home on Eastern Avenue. The home was kind of dingy and I was a little nervous. She talked about going to Mexico and it looked like she was packing up the office. She seemed very nice, though, and told me that to represent me she would need $795 cash. I believe that $295 of it she said was for court filing and $500 was for the bankruptcy. I knew the price before I set up my appointment so I had the money on me and I paid her cash. Then while still in her office she told me she needed to check my credit. Instead of going through what I would consider ethical channels, she used some site for a free credit report and asked me a lot of personal questions so she could get the report for free I was feeling very uneasy at this point but I had already paid her and I was hoping against hope that she was legitimate. I called many times and never received a call back. I thought she had fled to Mexico since she was talking about Mexico when I was there. It took me a few weeks to really realize it but I knew that deep down I had been ripped off and chalked it up to not listening to my inner voice when I saw that home and it looked like she was moving out. Imagine my surprise a few months later when I received a bill for $1000 that was kind of threatening. Never did one thing for me or return my calls and that if she bothered me ever again I would report her. I never heard from her again. I am sorry I did not pursue action against her but I was barely able to afford the money I had already paid her and could not afford to hire another attorney. Based on her location and my impression of her office, I had the impression that she preyed upon the less fortunate. It was an expensive lesson for me and I would not recommend Dorothy Bunce.
