Vince has considerable experience in the field of bankruptcy law. He has handled a total of more than 3,000 bankruptcy matters under chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. He concentrates his legal practice in helping debtors, but has handled a variety of matters for bankruptcy creditors in the past.
In addition to bankruptcy and credit repair, in the past he has handled a wide variety of cases, from real estate to family law, criminal defense to wills and trusts, corporate formation to corporate dissolution, as well as other types of cases. Wealth of knowledge
Vince is polite and respectful, which is important when I refer my litigation clients to him. He's also extremely knowledgeable about the bankruptcy code and best strategy for bankruptcy filings.
