I give 1 star for my experience with this attorney. I paid for the bankruptcy is 2016 and it was not completed until 2018. Each time the attorney went to court he was missing documents which delayed the case. I was asked to provide duplicate paperwork. The attorney was very hard to reach for updates....

Replied last January 25, 2018I am not sure why this comment is linked to my profile. I never advised this person. Further, "wrongdoing by the bank" issues are usually fairly complex and require extensive analysis of documents. We successfully litigate against all of the major financial and lending institutions in state and federal courts. However, we do not give free "short" consultations in these types of matters and we do not litigate CCPA cases on contingency basis.

What area he is practising?
Terrible experience. I am still recovering. Got $ 7.000with no result. It is hard to say either he is drunk all the time. Zero result. I am not even sure that he has licence to practice a family law. Will try to figure it out

Replied last January 25, 2018Hmm... This case was not handled by our office. For many years, we have been doing family law cases on pro bono basis only, through various charities and aid organizations. This person was referred to another attorney. I guess the outcome of the case was not satisfactory.
