DISMISSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE

She was a beast when fighting my criminal and immigration cases.

From the first day I met with Ms. Gupana, she was very sincere and confident about helping me with my case. She explained to my family the whole process I would have to endure in fighting my criminal and immigration case, she achieved everything she explained would happen. She exhibited how very influential and connected she was when it came to my criminal case, and was a beast about getting the deal she demanded. She was very diligent, she told me both my cases might take eight months to beat but she got them dropped in two months. She is a very fair, determined and youthful lawyer she came through for me in the clutch and I recommended her to any body facing criminal or immigration charges.

Christina Gupana received her J.D. from the William Boyd School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and has experience in the fields of immigration, personal injury, and criminal law. Prior to practicing law she worked in the nonprofit sector and dedicated that time to helping local charities in Las Vegas. While in law school she interned for the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office, both for the civil and criminal divisions. She was also the Lt. Governor for the 14th Circuit of the American Bar Association’s Student Division. Prior to law school, Christina worked for the Philippine Congress and the United Nation’s under the Committee on Millennium Development Goals that was aimed at helping poor or developing countries reach their goals of poverty reduction, child education, safe drinking water and other social issues by the target date of 2015. In her spare time Chris enjoys taking her dogs on hikes, reading, traveling, skydiving, scubadiving, wakeboarding, wakesurfing and watching movies.

DISMISSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE

Ms. Gupana instructed me about what to expect and how to handle every step of the case. She laid out her strategy even before it all began. Thanks to her my record is still clean. She negotiated the case and didnt accept anything less than a dismissal. She was very clear about what she wanted from me. I only had to go to court once and never had to think about it again. EXCELLENT ATTORNEY,SHE WORKS WITH YOU AND VERY DETERMINED TO GET JOB DONE THANKS!

Excellent attorney Christina Gupana help us on a very bad immigration case with 1 Aggrevated felony,and 2 Mortitude charges automatic deportation but Christina worked on our case and beat it made sure that my wife didn't get deported to leave behind me and our kids here in the USA. thank you Christina I think my wife would of been deported if it wasn't for you ,Very good attorney knows her stuff,very aggressive,shes not like other attorneys all they want is money and forget about you ,no Christina Gupana treats you more like a person than a client and helps you whatever way that she can and tells you straight forward what can happen and possibilitys even like in our case knowing it was all odds against us and automatc deportation, she still went in confident and beat the case.You need a immigration lawyer that knows what shes doing hire Christina Gupana law firm she will get the job done and work with you. excellent attorney A+++++++++ good job thank you

Yo estaba en procesos de deportacion con muy pequeñas probabilidades de permanecer en el pais. Christina pudo cancelar mi orden de deportacion y ahora ya puedo estar en este pais con mis niños. Mi Asilo politico fue aprobado. Ya soy Residente Permanente.

Yo tenia un caso de Asilo Politico que otro abogado abandono. La abogada Christina Gupana se hizo cargo de mi caso, lo reviso, lo trabajo y gracias a Dios, fue aprobado en menos de dos meses después de mi entrevista en inmigración y ahora ya soy residente permanente. WON MY CASE IN IMMIGRATION COURT

Everybody was very pessimistic with my case from the beginning. The judge even asked me why I am fighting this case when he will deport me for sure. The other attorney also told me I only had a 1% chance of winning but Christina won the case for me. Now I have my green card back and my life back. I will absolutely recommend her.
