I handle only criminal cases. Probably 80% of those cases are DUI related. My office consists of me and my assistant. So, when you hire my firm, you know that I will personally handle your case. I strive to make certain that all clients are treated professionally and accorded the respect that each one wants and deserves. A criminal allegation is serious and stressful. I understand that besides having legal knowledge and ability, a client must receive proper time, care, and attention.

Chip was great
Very down to earth, confident, and straight forward. Would not promise anything but he and his staff was very reassuring and helpful. Took most of the stress away from having to deal with court dates, etc. With his knowledge and experience, I would recommend him to anyone.
