Warren Geller

Can’t say enough about Warren. I had never been accused of a crime as serious as the one Warren helped me with. I am not sure if other lawyers would go see their client on their day off on a weekend in a jail, but Warren did. He was able to get my case reduced to misdemeanor. That was 7 years ago and even ‘til this day, when I call to ask a simple question he still takes my call. May God always bless and watch over this man. Thank you Warren!

This is my first time being in trouble and I end up with a DUI in Las Vegas. I’ve heard the heard the horror stories of making this costly mistake but nothing could prepare me from the shame and embarrassment of the situation. Warren Geller was highly recommended by one of the top lawyers in Las Vegas, and he proved that the hype was for real! Upon arrival, I was greeted by his paralegal, Daniela or “Danny” a very sweet and respectable young woman, who had me fill out forms in his waiting room which was completely adorned by his various hard fought victories in criminal defense cases. I saw articles on the wall of high profile cases and media attention he gained defending his clients with unspeakable charges including more than one murder case. This set the tone for my visit. My anxiety slowly began to dissipate as I realized that if anything, at least I’m not wrongly accused of Murder. I began to realize I was in good hands. When Mr Gellar came out to meet me he smiled and shook my hand. He said I’m fully vaccinated, take off your mask, have a seat and make yourself comfortable!” I immediately felt at ease in one of the most rock bottom portions of my life. He illuminated the details of my situation in ways I wouldn’t have even begun to consider asking about. He told me of cases he had resolved previously and informed me of the stipulations in which Nevada imposes on its DUI charges. For every issue he had a way to make it better. He didn’t rush my appointment at all. He took his time and even sat and talked to me for almost 2 and half hours! He made me feel comfortable and acknowledged my combat experience as being a powerful form of leverage in the eyes of the court. He explained, that Nevada is very dismissive of defense for DUI cases and leveled with me in that taking the charge off my record was a very rare occurrence. That being said, there is a program for combat veterans in which they allow veterans to attend a separate court which focuses on the treatment for symptoms of PTSD and addiction and once/if completed, they will COMPLETELY CLOSE THE FILE AND DISMISS THE CHARGE! Warren then gave me a point of contact and literally told me it was a free service for qualifying individuals! He literally did this despite the fact that he was taking money out of his own pocket! What a great guy! He also helped me out, in the short term we met, to resolve a long standing insurance lapse ticket I’ve had with the Nevada DMV! NOW THAT IS A CONSULTATION! I honestly found myself wanting him to be with me every step of the way in this case despite the fact that it makes more sense to go the free alternative that would put me into a special veterans only pipeline. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I left wanting to just have a beer with this guy! (and Uber back of course!) Thank you Mr Geller! 10/10

Took my consult immediately. Very nice guy. Gave it to me straight that I probably didn’t even “need” him. I hired anyway as a safety precaution for myself from bitter baby’s mom who lost custody to me and making a barrage of serious false claims. I couldn’t have been happier with entire ordeal. He actually responds within the day if any questions. Judges respect him heavily. Actually called his secretary “Danni” other day and she so delightful almost makes me wanna do a crime to see them again .. JOKING!!! Lol. I walk a little taller now days knowing he’ll be there if I need him

This Lawyer is absolutely one of the best. I have been dragged, beaten down by the court system for 14 years. Today I had Mr. Gellar for the first time representing me and this innocent man was actually innocent in the eyes of the court. This is the first lawyer to work relentlessly and care about me and the drive to prove the facts and show I was wrongly accused and made to be some villain. Mr. Geller burns the candle at both ends and will not stop fighting for me. He is the most educated and winner I have ever seen. He commands the court and brings the points home. There is no red herring that can be thrown, he ensures all the main ideas are driven home and gets his points a crossed with the convincing demeanor he has. Thank you, sir.
