Getting a DUI was absolutely one of the scariest things to happen to me. Hiring Chip was by far one of the best. First, I was referred to Chip by a Las Vegas Police Officer friend, so that should immediately tell you he's well known. I had never had an interaction with the law, and my situation ...was complicated, with a new unregistered vehicle, out of state license, and arrest technically outside of Las Vegas. It was so stressful and I had no idea how to deal with it myself. When I first called, Chip himself returned my call in less than 10 minutes and talked to me for close to a half hour. You are NOT getting a firm with a random JV lawyer assigned to you. You will mostly be dealing with Chip himself, a former prosecuting attorney. The only other member of his staff is Connie, who is the sweetest person in the universe and was my mom away from home during this ordeal. She answers the phone most of the time, and has a LOT of experience and advice herself. When I contacted Chip's office by phone, Connie would either immediately help, or I'd hear from Chip within the hour. If I e-mailed, Chip's usual response time was less than 4 hours. This is by far the most impressive professional interaction I've ever had with anyone. You never feel rushed or like you're too much, they always have time for you. As far as my legal case, Chip had already arranged with the prosecutor to have the case dismissed! We may have been in the court for 60 seconds, and the case completely disappeared forever. More impressive, the dismissal was based on a recent state supreme court ruling that I NEVER would have known about myself (and I doubt most other lawyers would have either). Chip was also frank, never overpromised or set expectations, and came out with both good and bad news prepared and confidant. I am so grateful to Chip and Connie for making this craziness end and making a super tough situation a breeze. There are people out there like Chip and Connie who truly make the difference.

Chip Siegel (Jay L Siegel) was the attorney who represented me in my recent offense. It was a very emotional and devastating period for me and my entire family. Especially after speaking with Connie, Chip’s partner who was very understanding and making me feel at ease and with no judgments. As advertised, Chip handles cases personally. He was available to talk both on the phone and in person, and was very patient with me as I had MANY questions regarding the process, possible decisions, etc. Chip and his team were on top of everything as they kept me up-to-date on court dates and the DM...V hearing. Chip doesn't beat around the bush, and with his vast experience and knowledge, I was able to easily trust in him and his suggestions. It's also worth noting that his assistant, Connie, is VERY VERY VERY caring and was a great resource to have! I would recommend Chip and his team to everyone.

Jay "Chip" Siegel is the best attorney around for dealing with your DUI/DWI case. I was involved in a first time traffic collision DUI case. It was very complicated as I made some very bad decisions that night. I had a warrant issued for my arrest which Chip was able to quickly set aside. He stay...ed on top of everything throughout the whole case. He was able to negotiate a plea deal that was amazing for me and even managed to get me out of getting my license suspended (which I was looking at a 7 month revocation, so this was a completely surprising and unexpected result). He is so good at what he does. Chip is very specific and detail oriented. He leaves no stone un-turned when researching and preparing to defend you. He has relationships with most of the D.A's in town so he's able to negotiate good deals, as they know they tough kind of case he puts on. He and his assistant Connie are kind, thorough, professional, and reliable. Connie is just as sweet as can be and is really amazing at talking you down off the ledge as this process can be so dang stressful. I ended up having to turn myself into CCDC and she was on the phone with me when I went in and as soon as I got out to make sure I was okay and to make sure there was nothing I needed or that she could do for me. Now that it's all over, I can say that Chip was worth every penny and hiring Chip was absolutely the best decision I have made in a long time.
