I had a domestic battery charge (over exaggerated by the police). To start process off I first spoke with Miss. Connie a wonderful lady. Then spoke with Mr. Siegal. He put us at ease and they both told us family first let them handle everything. Court date came and case dismissed but have to jump thr...ough some hoops but it's all good.

Chip Seigel is a world class expert when comes to the Las Vegas Justice Court. My case is officially closed as of today, so I thought it would be an appropriate time to write this review. I interviewed three attorneys before I chose to retain Chip Siegel to defend me. He was caring from the start and... I liked that he suggested I be proactive and self enroll in alcohol and substance abuse classes before my initial arraignment. It helped out a ton! Chip said "The more you help yourself, the more I can help you." He was the only attorney to make this recommendation. He is not the type of attorney that will make promises about the outcome before the District Attorney is assigned just to get a retainer. Which is characteristic you want in your Attorney. I was charged with one count of Assault with a deadly weapon, a class B felony which if convicted could have changed my life forever. Thankfully Chip was able to get this charge dropped down to a Misdemeanor. The consequences were not too terribly bad. 72 sessions of counseling, 72 hours of community service, and $280 fine. Chip negotiated this plea bargain with the prosecutor before my court appearance; it was nice to know what to expect before I walked into the courtroom. In the courtroom, Chip is was in control. You can tell that he receives a lot of respect for the judges and prosecutors in the courtroom. I think this is because of his prior work as a District Attorney. I can't say enough about this Attorney, other than that he saved my butt, and because of that I am forever grateful. I made a stupid drunken mistake that night, and I am grateful that I get to continue on with my life. I learned my lesson the hard way. Thankfully Chip was able to protect my rights and keep me protected from the judicial system. Thank you Chip and Connie. You have helped me become a better person.

Chip helped me out with a battery/domestic violence case. He was able to negotiate a deal where my case will be dismissed if I stay out of trouble for one year. The facts in my case did not look good for my future, but Chip took into account my history, the relationship with the victim and worked sea...mlessly to find the best possible outcome for all parties involved. It's such a relief to have a court appearance behind you with a great outcome. Chip has given me the power to control my own destiny and for that I am incredibly grateful. He is always straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. He leveled with me from day one and informed me of what I needed to do to resolve my case positively. Thanks Chip, you've been great!

I was wrongly accused and charged with Felony assualt with a deadly weapon trying to defend my family and myself. I was handcuffed and was arrested and taken to jail even though I was innocent and was acting in self defense against a known drug addict with a long and violent criminal record. I had ne...ver been arrested for anything in my entire life before. My initial hearing date wasn't schedule until four months after this incidnet occured. Needless to say this was very stressful on me and my family not knowing what was going to happen. The day of my initial hearing Jay called and told me after talking to the Prosecuting attorney that my case was dismissed. I could not believe it. It was like a miracle had happend and the weight of the world had been lifeted off my shoulders. I had heard that Jay was a very good lawyer but I now that he is the very best in Las Vegas and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone who needs legal help. As a Canadian on vacation in Las Vegas, I had an incident and someone pressed charges against me of misdemeanor battery. I ...was issued a promise to appear citation, and was sent on my way by the police. Back home in Canada, I searched countless websites and reviews of Lawyers in Las Vegas. I called 2 or 3, none of them returned my calls. Finally I came across this website and found Chip's reviews. I called his office, and he immediately returned my call. To me this is a sign of respect for his clients. As Chip handled my case, I did not have to return to Las Vegas to appear at court. He was able to negotiate a dismissal of my case, and for this I will be forever grateful as I will not have to go through life with the burden of a criminal conviction.
