Excellent DWI Lawyer Las Vegas- Chip Siegel

Living in Minnesota, and visiting a friend in Vegas. I made a bad choice of drinking and getting behind the wheel. I was referred to Chip Seigel by a bail bondsman. He has helped make this as painless as possible. The payments were affordable. I was VERY SATISFIED with the end result. If your looking... for a lawyer. Stop! This is your guy.

Worth every last penny

Mr. Siegal represented me in my SECOND DUI case. My first DUI went down as a dui due to bad representation. I had my fears that with this being my second, I was definitely going to have two convictions on my record. Not the case. Mr. Siegal is the best that money can buy. He kept me informed thr...ough out the entire process and took a personal interest in my case. He was very detailed with what I could expect in the courtroom. He also kept me in the loop as far as the possible outcomes of the case. At my first hearing, the DA made an offer allowing me to stay out of jail, but it would be a second DUI. I wanted to jump at this. Chip told me ultimately the decision was up to me, but he strongly advised me to hold out for a better offer. I took his advice and waited for another hearing. The day before court Chip called and informed me that he had talked to DA in having my charges reduced to a wreckless driving. Needless to say, I WAS THRILLED!!! Thank you Mr. Siegal for keeping a non violent criminal out of jail, allowing me to keep my license, and keeping the second DUI off my record.

Very professional, knowledgable and professional

'Chip' did a great job with my case. He kept me informed. Let me know what all was required of me. And knew exactly what to do to ultimately move us to a Plea deal to a lesser charge. I highly recommend him, and would call him again in a second!

A Man of Respect and Action in the Legal Field

Chip was more then an attorney to me. Over a 3 1/2 year legal battle, he listen to me and he heard what I was saying and needed from him. He know my bottom line and he walked every step of the way with me, to bring me to it. He walked me through a legal system, that was pushing hard for me to serve a... 5-15 year mandatory sentence, with a complete confidence. When Chip first sat with me after our first court appearance, he told me his plan on how he was going to keep me from going to prison and losing my home and job. I honestly told him, If I was a Juror hearing this plan, I, myself would convict the defendant. Then after years of going back and forth with court appearances, we went in front of the Judge to once again get the facts straight from the Prosecutor and the Police Officers perspective. It was then I saw the Brilliance in this Man's Professionalism. He had the States Expert Witness disputing the Arresting Officers facts and evidence that they stacked against me. I'm not saying I was innocent, I was drinking and driving again, after being in prison for hurting two people prior to this charge. But the facts were simply not true and most of them fabricated. Chip, at three different times previous, made sure to get their complete story and information on the facts they were using to convict me. In doing so he was showing a pattern of how on 3 different occasions their stories have change. He was building doubt, as I was putting my complete faith in a Man that came highly recommended to me. November 18, 2010 Chip had walked me through the entire process of a legal nightmare, where my freedoms lost was mandatory by state law. I left court today, a free man, on a 2 year probation deal. A deal that would of never been possible without the brilliance of an amazing Man. This man saved 5-15 years of my life, he brought me back to a leveled playing field. The rest is now my choice. It is the reason why I stated at the beginning of this recommendation, that Chip was more then an attorney to me. He was a Intelligent Voice that saw the inconsistency of a legal battle that was geared to see me in Prison. I owe him my freedom and If you cherish yours then this is the Attorney you need to meet with. I am Honored and Respectful of this Man's ability to help bring about a Better Justice for those of us who make the wrong decision in life. Thank You Chip and Connie for being their for me and making me feel secure through the entire process. You've definitely made my Christmas Card List. Sincerely, Russ Letica
