It is hard to put into words just how grateful my family is for the work Chip did for my Son. He told us from day one that everything would be ok and in the end he was right. I was a previous client of Chips whom was able to assist me in my DUI case. Last year I was arrested on Cinco De Mayo weekend while attending the Mayweather-Cotto prize fight in Sin City. I had a good time partying, hanging out with women,drinking, etc. Unfortunately, I made a poor decision and decid...ed to get behind the wheel while intoxicated. I was out of options, stressed out and to make matters worse I was an out of state (California) Resident. I checked all around Clark County looking for the right lawyer. My charge was not only reduced but my California Driver's License was never suspended, kept the dui off my record and most of all I got to keep my job. Thank you Chip I couldn't done it without you. I was in Vegas over the summer and had a little too much to drink at a pool party. Next thing I know, I woke up in Clark County jail with a battery charge. I need to take a few moments and share my wonderful experience with Jay and his assistant Connie. On a recent trip into Las Vegas I managed to get myself arrested for a misdemeanor and booked into the Clark county detention center. This was my first brush with the law so everything was new to me an...d not pleasant to say the least. I was given a future court date and was told to appear on that date. Since I live in the midwest this could mean several plane trips back to Las Vegas to attend court, an environment that I am not familiar with, and that honestly frightened me. I didn’t know what to do, so I started doing research on the internet. I stumbled across Chip’s website. After reading all the positive things people were saying, I gave him a call. We talked about my case, he informed me that he could attend my first court appearance on my behalf and that he would do his best to handle this without having to have me travel back. He answered every question I asked and made me confident that he would do everything he could to help me. It was at this point that I hired Jay. After a few days I returned home and had even more questions… and then reality (panic) sunk in that I could possibly go to jail for this. I gave Chip’s office a call and spoke with Connie who answered all my questions and put my mind at ease, she was understanding and reassured me that I had hired the best and that I should try to relax. At this point I thought maybe I’d get lucky and charges would never be filed. That dream only lasted a few weeks and charges were filed and a new court date was set. Once again Chip was able to attend Court on behalf and this is where he was able to make a miracle happen for me. He visited with the prosecution and managed to get my case DISMISSED that day. While he was busy making this happen I was at work and missed his initial phone call. I returned his call after work and was able to hear the good news from the man himself. I thanked him several times then; I just wish that I could have been there in person to thank the both of them. Chip and Connie thank you so much for all of your help.
