Over 14 months ago I was unfortunately sited with DUI. I certainly realize now that the reasons surrounding my particular situation are not nearly as important as what some of the tragic outcomes could have been. For me this event was instantly agonizing for all of of the obvious reasons. Clearly ...I needed professional assistance. But who? My research for an attorney lead me straight to Jay Siegel. Chip was more then an attorney to me. Over a 3 1/2 year legal battle, he listen to me and he heard what I was saying and needed from him. He know my bottom line and he walked every step of the way with me, to bring me to it. He walked me through a legal system, that was pushing hard for me to serve a... 5-15 year mandatory sentence, with a complete confidence. When Chip first sat with me after our first court appearance, he told me his plan on how he was going to keep me from going to prison and losing my home and job. I honestly told him, If I was a Juror hearing this plan, I, myself would convict the defendant. Then after years of going back and forth with court appearances, we went in front of the Judge to once again get the facts straight from the Prosecutor and the Police Officers perspective. It was then I saw the Brilliance in this Man's Professionalism. He had the States Expert Witness disputing the Arresting Officers facts and evidence that they stacked against me. I'm not saying I was innocent, I was drinking and driving again, after being in prison for hurting two people prior to this charge. But the facts were simply not true and most of them fabricated. Chip, at three different times previous, made sure to get their complete story and information on the facts they were using to convict me. In doing so he was showing a pattern of how on 3 different occasions their stories have change. He was building doubt, as I was putting my complete faith in a Man that came highly recommended to me. November 18, 2010 Chip had walked me through the entire process of a legal nightmare, where my freedoms lost was mandatory by state law. I left court today, a free man, on a 2 year probation deal. A deal that would of never been possible without the brilliance of an amazing Man. This man saved 5-15 years of my life, he brought me back to a leveled playing field. The rest is now my choice. It is the reason why I stated at the beginning of this recommendation, that Chip was more then an attorney to me. He was a Intelligent Voice that saw the inconsistency of a legal battle that was geared to see me in Prison. I owe him my freedom and If you cherish yours then this is the Attorney you need to meet with. I am Honored and Respectful of this Man's ability to help bring about a Better Justice for those of us who make the wrong decision in life. I had a traffic violation and had only 3 days to act prior to the due date. I ended up taking a while because I tried to use companies here in Las Vegas that specialize in these matters or so they said. Long story short I finally realized the only way I can resolve my issue is to go directly to an at...torney and skip the middle man. I was afraid the cost of using an attorney would be expense, but in reality it ended up cheaper than these advertised companies here in Vegas that so called specialize in these type of matters. I was pleasantly surprised to find that including attorney fees and the cost of my reduced fine for my ticket was less than my total original fine. Mr Siegel kept me apprised of my case all the way thru to the completion. Not only did he keep me informed by email but also spoke to me in person as well. I was very surprised in such a small matter that an attorney would take the time to treat me fairly with respect. This is one attorney I hope doesn't retire. It's a shame that we don't have more attorneys like him here in Las Vegas. Once again Thank You Mr. Siegel.

Was able to get my DUI charge reduced to a traffic violation, MUCH better outcome for in my particular situation. He and his assistant Connie were always professional, personable, and on top of things despite an obviously busy schedule. Always took time to explain things and answer any questions. When the chips are down.."Chip" is the man to bet on! My case took over a year to get before a judge,and from the very first "Oh no!" to the "way better than expected" adjudication of my case.
