I hired "Chip" Siegel just over a year ago with the case finally settling this month. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for Chip and his staff. Naturally, our first contact was with his legal assistant, Connie. Connie made my daughter and I feel very welcome and understanding. Connie's kno...wledge and help during the first interview convinced me that I was in the right office. When I met with Chip, my estimation of the office rose even higher. He was understanding and was able to clearly explain what the law was in our case and what our options were. He was able to guide us through a both the emotional and legal process that we faced. We had so many problems with the Department of Motor Vehicles with misinformation given to us, not following protocols, etc., but Chip handled each situation with calm and professionalism that was unsurpassed. After many months of going back and forth, we finally arrived in court and Chip was able to work miracles. Please understand, there were consequences for the DUI as there should have been, but Chip helped to make the punishment fit the situation. There were significant consequences, however Chip was able to get the prosecutors to see the whole situation and not just the police report. Not many lawyers are able to listen to the client, understand them, understand the situation then take all that information and get an appropriate judgement . As you look for lawyers, please take the time to visit with Chip and his staff. If you do, you will know you have found the best!!! I just want to add a note about Connie. She is an outstanding legal assistant who sat with us numerous times making phone calls to clarify various aspects of the case. I cannot say enough about her patience and warm manner that made us feel comfortable and that we were important, not only to Chip, but to her. Take the time to visit this office, you will be glad you did!!

I retained Mr. Siegel's services after the stressful ordeal of my first DUI. He and his secretary are extremely friendly. Chip himself is beyond knowledgable, and truly put me at ease from the start. He kept me well informed every step of the way, and achieved a great result. I will definitely reccom...end Chip to others. Chip was awesome to say the least. He was very informative and responsive whenever I contacted him with concerns or questions and always kept me informed of upcoming events on the trial etc. His staff (Connie), is amazing, friendly and made you feel like family. I am not a native of Las Vegas. However, as a result of a very stupid lapse in judgment on my behalf whilst visiting the city, I ended up facing a very serious charge with potentially life-changing repercussions. I needed a local lawyer, but knew no one in the city who could refer me to one. Throughout the entire process, Chip regularly updated me regarding the status of my case, as well as clearly explaining to me the process in detail (as this was my first arrest).
