I hired Mr. Siegel to represent my son on a probation violation charge. My son was caught signing off on his community service time sheets without doing the service. My son was put in jail until his hearing. I asked around and was told that the chance of probation reinstatement was slim especiall...y when this type of violation was committed. In fact I was told by my son's probation officer that he had never heard of any other ruling than complete revokation of probation with this particular violation and gave me no hope of getting my son out of jail for a long time. Mr. Siegal represented me in my SECOND DUI case. My first DUI went down as a dui due to bad representation. I had my fears that with this being my second, I was definitely going to have two convictions on my record. Not the case. Mr. Siegal is the best that money can buy. He kept me informed thr...ough out the entire process and took a personal interest in my case. He was very detailed with what I could expect in the courtroom. He also kept me in the loop as far as the possible outcomes of the case. At my first hearing, the DA made an offer allowing me to stay out of jail, but it would be a second DUI. I had a traffic violation and had only 3 days to act prior to the due date. I ended up taking a while because I tried to use companies here in Las Vegas that specialize in these matters or so they said. Long story short I finally realized the only way I can resolve my issue is to go directly to an at...torney and skip the middle man. I was afraid the cost of using an attorney would be expense, but in reality it ended up cheaper than these advertised companies here in Vegas that so called specialize in these type of matters. I was pleasantly surprised to find that including attorney fees and the cost of my reduced fine for my ticket was less than my total original fine. Mr Siegel kept me apprised of my case all the way thru to the completion. Not only did he keep me informed by email but also spoke to me in person as well. I was very surprised in such a small matter that an attorney would take the time to treat me fairly with respect. This is one attorney I hope doesn't retire.
