Kurt A. Smith

I hired Kurt Smith to help me with a divorce. After presenting me with several options, I decided to proceed with a contested divorce. However, after a few months, Mr. Smith held a settlement conference with me and my ex husband. The Judge agreed with him and gave me visitation rights with my grandson every year. My grandson's Mom was spittin mad. But things have calmed down and the exchanges now go by without a hitch. Mr. Smith came through when others couldn't. He's a busy attorney. But he must know what he's talking about because he sure won my case for me!

Mr. Smith is a rock star. He also has a great team. I hired Mr. Smith to get me divorced. I got a great job offer in Canada and had to leave the country. My wife had a criminal record and could not join me. Mr. Smith made sure that everything was handled with the court so that I could accept the... job in Canada and not worry about what was going on here with my ex. Time was of the essence for me. I told him to contact me if there was a problem, no matter what time. A couple of times I got emails from him at like 2 or 3 in the morning. But he got the job done and I got the job I was looking for. I don't plan on getting married again any time soon. But I would definitely use Smith Legal Group for any legal need I had in the future.
