I was in desperate need of a lawyer. I had a hearing set for 9:00 a.m. the next day, but stupidly waited until the last minute to try to get a lawyer. I did a google search for lawyers and found Kurt Smith's website where it stated that Mr. Smith was available at all times. I submitted a request t...hrough the website and crossed my fingers. I didn't have a lot of hope though because it was about 1:00 in the morning. I was shocked to receive a phone call about a half hour later from Mr. Smith himself.
