He knows exactly what he is doing and the judges seem to love to listen to every word he says. That is really funny because I got to sit in the back of the courtroom with Mr. Smith before my hearing. I watched the judge interact with several other attorneys. Some of the attorneys made the judge mad. Some of them it seemed like the judge didn't respect. But when Mr. Smith came to the table, the judge was all smiles. I was shocked at how comfortable Mr. Smith was with the judge and how comfortable the judge was with Mr. Smith. My ex wife's attorney didn't stand a chance. He tried to interrupt Mr. Smith several times. All Mr. Smith had to say was "Your Honor" and the judge would shut the other attorney down. This is my only case so I can only speak for my case, but I would absolutely hate to be an attorney on a case against Mr. Smith. When I first went to Mr. Smith's office, he told me he had a great relationship with most of the judges. I didn't know what he meant until we got done with my hearing. At least this judge seemed to absolutely love Mr. Smith. If he has that same relationship with all of the other judges, I can't see how this guy ever loses. Anyway, great attorney. I spent a few thousand dollars, but saved over $35,000 by hiring Mr. Smith. I can't thank him enough.

I was married to a lawyer here in town. My husband wanted to do all of the divorce papers himself so that we could "save money". My husband explained that because he is a lawyer, he knows the law. Chill, smart, funny, and apparently, at least based on what happened with my ex, better at the law than most other attorneys in town. I was in desperate need of a lawyer. I had a hearing set for 9:00 a.m. the next day, but stupidly waited until the last minute to try to get a lawyer. I did a google search for lawyers and found Kurt Smith's website where it stated that Mr. Smith was available at all times. I submitted a request t...hrough the website and crossed my fingers. I didn't have a lot of hope though because it was about 1:00 in the morning. I was shocked to receive a phone call about a half hour later from Mr. Smith himself. He gave me a phone consultation, thoroughly reviewed my case, and gave me an assessment of where I was in the case and what I needed from that point. I was so impressed, I retained him on the spot.
