I hired Smith Legal Group to help me get visitation with my grandson. I have always had a close relationship with my grandson. However, after my son and his wife got a divorce, his wife moved away and stopped letting me see my grandson. Things went from bad to worse when my grandson's mom started ...hanging out with the wrong crowd and letting my grandson hang out with the wrong crowd. The Judge agreed with him and gave me visitation rights with my grandson every year. My grandson's Mom was spittin mad. But things have calmed down and the exchanges now go by without a hitch. Mr. Smith came through when others couldn't. He's a busy attorney. But he must know what he's talking about because he sure won my case for me!

During CPS investigation resulting in my daughter being removed from me. Kurt thoroughly walked me through everything step by step. In court Mr.Smith pleaded my case for me & the judge ruled in my favor. I highly recommend Kurt Smith for CPS cases or custody cases. He knocked it out of the park & is ...very profession.
