Lost at Regional Justice Center and ill-prepared.
I hired Mr. Cogan for the simplest of tasks. To appear on my mother's behalf in a landlord/tenant dispute in small claims court at the Regional Justice Center located downtown; presumably the courthouse Mr. Cogan practices law in on a daily basis. Nevertheless, Mr. Cogan was late for the 1pm hearing ...
