Attorney Stephanie Willison’s criminal, family and estate planning practice focus on helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow. She excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans for divorce, custody, criminal resolutions and estate planning that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals. Her legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals. Whether you are married or single, with a traditional family or a blended one, just starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, Stephanie will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
Stephanie graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 2003, and previously graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. She worked as a long-time prosecutor for both Maricopa County and Yavapai County, with work particularly focused on crimes against children. This experience taught her the value of strong families, and the uncertain nature of life.
After many years in practice, Stephanie struck out on her own forming Willison Law, PC, a Prescott-based firm just across from historic Court House Square where her practice focuses on families. It is her mission to be there for families, whether they are in crisis, or whether they are planning for their futures. Stephanie has chosen to concentrate on the trusts and estates area because she is passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures.
Most importantly, Stephanie is married to the love of her life, Brian, and they are the proud parents of two great kids.

This is an Atty. who believes that police don't lie over the client she represents. As a Public Defender I had to fire her. She may be good at family Law but terrible as a criminal defense Atty.

Stephanie represented me in a Grandparents Visitation Case where I (the parent) was against visitation. I felt she was concise and an excellent communicator. She knows the laws. I would recommend her to anyone who finds these values important.
