They put 100% effort into protecting my freedom/ record and created an outcome that far exceeded my expectations. On a weekend trip to Sedona I ran into a legal issue that carried some very serious punitive consequences. I contacted Glen Hammond and Team first thing on Monday morning and immediately received a quick response in setting up a one-on-one that afternoon. Glen offered very straight-forward and honest feedback that helped me better understand my situation and then presented a solutions roadmap to move through the next steps. No prison time, no probation, no charges on my record, and he even was able to get my confiscated firearms returned once everything was complete. AND if all of that weren’t enough… he then refunded a significant amount of my original retainer(!) as he stated that representation for diversion costs far less than for pre-trial. I mean.. who does that? Is he the most effective yet honest attorney EVER?? Glen was appointed to my daughter as her public defender. She had some pretty serious charges and there really was no fighting them. He did what he was able to do to "lessen the blow" while always treating her as a human being who made a poor choice. Once a certain amount of time had passed with no further charges, Glen filed to set aside her felony charges. Arizona does not expunge, only sets aside. Glen did this at no charge as he truly believes everybody deserves a 2nd chance at living a "normal" life. I highly recommend this extremely decent, and competent attorney.
