Biography
I am a third-generation native Arizonan. I'm a member of all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court. I limit my practice to criminal defense. I am a founding and former board member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and a member of National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. I have previously served on the Criminal Rules Committee of the Arizona State Bar. I have lectured throughout the state on numerous criminal defense topics.
I am heavily involved my children's soccer, hockey and track teams as a coach and board member. In my off time, I am a triathlete, competing in races all over the Southwest.

Awful old lawyer that does not return calls, drops clients, and is dishonest
This lawyer dropped his client two months before trial, did not do any trial preparation, and refuses to refund the remaining monies. Do not hire him. He NEVER calls his clients back and has too many clients. Do not hire him. Find another lawyer if you want contact and a competent lawyer.
