Eric represented me in a DUI case in the summer of 2014. He was not very communicative with my family while I was locked up, according to them. Personally I was unable to contact his office without paying for the call while in Yavapai county jail. When speaking with him in court, he would not give me... more than about 10 seconds of his time prior to the proceeding. Instead of providing me with guidance, he simply asked what I wanted to do. I was left standing in front of the judge with my questions unanswered, feeling unsure if we were proceeding correctly. I had my people furnish him with character references, but Eric failed to submit them to the judge prior to my sentencing which resulted in an embarrassing episode in front of the judge. Reputation among the inmate community was not at all positive on this guy either. My sentence ended up being much higher than he initially believed I would get. Bottom line, he put a very lazy effort into my case, if at all, was not prepared to defend me, was a poor communicator, and did not seem to care about the gravity of what this case meant to me as a client. Please, do not hire this man. My family and I regret it.
