I knew the very moment I shook hands with Glen that he would be my attorney. It was a difficult time having never been arrested before, and Glen was supportive and extremely helpful. My son and I encountered a legal issue with no prior knowledge from the prosecuting entity, or the police, and we went to the court house to learn of it, and learn our next court date, of which we did not know, and we were flummoxed what to do. I knew Glen previously and as we walked from the courtho...use to the plaza, there he was! I asked him about the issue and he told me a statute immediately that he could use, since we already paid restitution. Shortly after, we met Glen formally and engaged him and he met with the prosecutor and the case was dismissed within 4 months or so. Glen and his team emailed us back each inquiry and always told us what was happening and I believe he felt our chagrin for the whole incident. There were not even any more court dates for us to attend. He obviously convinced the prosecutor of the merits of our defense. In the end I received back a very large part of the retainer fee, which is a helpful bonus. We are so glad we coincidentally ran into Glen at the courthouse grass that day. I cannot thank Glen and his Team enough! I was charged with Aggravated Assault for a crime I did not commit and was facing a LOT of prison or jail time. A Must Read Review! I was out for a night on the town around Christmas eve with a friend who loved near by. We had arranged for me to drive us and my service animal downtown, with a plan to have dinner, drinks and taxie home. After having a few more than expected, I decided to "sleep it off"... in my vehicle. While waiting for my friend to come get me after they had met with friends. While asleep in freezing conditions on a back side street, I had turned on my vehicle for warmth. OF COURSE, just then the police doing thier safety rounds came across me in my vehicle running. This attorney fought for my freedom for over 2 years, back and forth with the prosecutor. The city prosecutor was pressing EXTREME DUI charges against e for sheltering. We decided to go to trial. I feared I was in a no win situation, but thankfully for my attorney, we pushed forward. Not only did he scour through the law, body cam footage and witness information but communicated with me often regarding my case. I wasn't just another client, but someone he was fighting against injustice for. That doesn't mean I wouldn't be held accountable for the mistakes I had made, but I felt atleast I have someone who who heartedly cared through this life changing and traumatic experience. After meeting in the court room for trial, we had jury selection. The attorney and I where on different pages when it came to those we chose but I trusted in thier judgements and that God we did. I can't put into context the reality of this situation, but I am honest when I say I never expected a positive outcome, only hoping for the least punishment possible.
