My son and I encountered a legal issue with no prior knowledge from the prosecuting entity, or the police, and we went to the court house to learn of it, and learn our next court date, of which we did not know, and we were flummoxed what to do. I knew Glen previously and as we walked from the courtho...use to the plaza, there he was! I asked him about the issue and he told me a statute immediately that he could use, since we already paid restitution. Shortly after, we met Glen formally and engaged him and he met with the prosecutor and the case was dismissed within 4 months or so. Glen and his team emailed us back each inquiry and always told us what was happening and I believe he felt our chagrin for the whole incident. There were not even any more court dates for us to attend. He obviously convinced the prosecutor of the merits of our defense. In the end I received back a very large part of the retainer fee, which is a helpful bonus. We are so glad we coincidentally ran into Glen at the courthouse grass that day. I cannot thank Glen and his Team enough! I was charged with Aggravated Assault for a crime I did not commit and was facing a LOT of prison or jail time. Glen was appointed to my daughter as her public defender. She had some pretty serious charges and there really was no fighting them. Once a certain amount of time had passed with no f...urther charges, Glen filed to set aside her felony charges. Arizona does not expunge, only sets aside. Glen did this at no charge as he truly believes everybody deserves a 2nd chance at living a "normal" life. I highly recommend this extremely decent, and competent attorney.
