My son and I encountered a legal issue with no prior knowledge from the prosecuting entity, or the police, and we went to the court house to learn of it, and learn our next court date, of which we did not know, and we were flummoxed what to do. I knew Glen previously and as we walked from the courtho...use to the plaza, there he was! I asked him about the issue and he told me a statute immediately that he could use, since we already paid restitution. Shortly after, we met Glen formally and engaged him and he met with the prosecutor and the case was dismissed within 4 months or so. Glen and his team emailed us back each inquiry and always told us what was happening and I believe he felt our chagrin for the whole incident. There were not even any more court dates for us to attend. He obviously convinced the prosecutor of the merits of our defense. In the end I received back a very large part of the retainer fee, which is a helpful bonus. We are so glad we coincidentally ran into Glen at the courthouse grass that day. I can look back now and see how thankful I am for how transparent Glen was from the beginning. I am also so thankful and impressed how he skillfully kept to task in court. My family and I are so thankful for Glen and the team. He works for his clients and he actually cares for their situation. We need more people like Glen and his team.
