Biography
I love preparing wills and trusts to solve the practical problems that come when a person passes away. My wills and trusts are, as much as possible, in plain language that can be read by you and your personal representative or successor trustee. Most initial consultations for wills and trusts are at no charge. I can then quote you a flat fee after taking a look at what you have and talking with you about what you want.
I also handle contract matters, business law and probate matters. Our office is in Prescott, Arizona.
I grew up in southern Arizona near Nogales. I am a proud Sun Devil, a Wildcat, and most importantly, a husband to my sweetheart and a dad to our children. Until my kids leave for college, my family is my hobby. I love reading and hiking. I coached youth soccer teams for about eight years; I took a break in 2019..

Probate help

Arizona probate lawyer needed
