I love preparing wills and trusts to solve the practical problems that come when a person passes away. My wills and trusts are, as much as possible, in plain language that can be read by you and your personal representative or successor trustee. Most initial consultations for wills and trusts are at no charge. I can then quote you a flat fee after taking a look at what you have and talking with you about what you want.
I also handle contract matters, business law and probate matters. Our office is in Prescott, Arizona.
I grew up in southern Arizona near Nogales. I am a proud Sun Devil, a Wildcat, and most importantly, a husband to my sweetheart and a dad to our children. Until my kids leave for college, my family is my hobby. I love reading and hiking. I coached youth soccer teams for about eight years; I took a break in 2019..

Probate help
He was very friendly and spoke in common English. Explained all of my options, asked the right questions, and listened to me. I was impressed with his knowledge on the subject of Trust Probate and the options he concluded from his knowledge and my personal situation.
Thanks! Glad to hear that I can still speak like a normal person. My wife has to remind me sometimes that I'm not making sense.

Arizona probate lawyer needed
I am an out of state client that needed probate information for a timeshare located in Arizona. Mr Millet was very helpful. He responded quickly to my email and gave me sound legal advise. I recommend him and will use him to settle my mother's property in Arizona.
Glad to help. Most property in Arizona that would otherwise require a probate can be transferred by an alternate to probate (and we can quote a flat fee for the work).
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Millet is very thorough, he goes a bit beyond what you expect, which is good. And, his clients' think highly of him as well, which is the best endorsement counsel could have."
"Mr. Millett is extremely competent in the area of estate planning. If you or your loved one have an issue in this area, or think you could in the future, you would be well served to give him a call. He's professional and easy to talk to. Well respected in the legal community and knows his stuff."
