On a personal level, I consider myself a Flagstaff native, having graduated from Cocnino High shcool and Northern Arizona University. I received my law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating law schoool, I worked as an associate attorney for the law firm of Vernis & Bowling for several years before returning to Flagstaff and opening the Law Office of Tevis Reich in 2005. Since then, my work has focused on serving my client's needs in my areas of practice in a wide variety of matters.

Also, employment contracts, general legal matters, and to look at matters that we were considering b...

An HOA cannot preclude a homeowner from displaying a for sale sign by including the prohibition in CC&R's. This applies to all HOAs including those created prior to the enactment of the statute ARS 33-441.
A purcahser of property must strictly comply with the requirement for funding and closing on a purchase of real property. The failure to close on time, even if the purchaser was ready to close the following day, is not a trivial breach.
