Tevis Steven Reich

I have used Tevis on a few occasions. Most recently he handled an issue we were having with a General Contractor. He read all the contracts/documents we provided and the issue was cleared up with one demand letter. Prior to this, he has handled collections/contract disputes for me as well as helpe...d negotiate a tricky real estate transaction. All dealings with Tevis have been professional and all of his work has been done in a timely fashion.

I got a valuable legal advice to ask the Court to make the Judgment for me more "amount-specific" but this Attorney would not work on contingency basis to collect Judgment for me (my court costs and garnished wages) from another state. Anyway, this Attorney spent his time to review most important... paperwork of my cases: 1) original judgment against me; 2) appeal decision reversing that judgment; 3) a new judgment for me vacating the old one and entitling me to get back my court costs and garnished wages fro non-AZ corporation.

Mr. Reich has been my company's legal counsel for about 5 years. We keep our "nose pretty clean" so to speak in terms of being a defendant. We have needed to litigate a few things as the plaintiff.
