To my considerable surprise, I see that I have been practicing law for over four decades. I have been a city court judge, and the Public Fiduciary in Tucson -- but I have been in private practice since 1986.
For over 25 years, I practiced with partner Tom Curti. Tom has now retired but the partnership lives on, with two new (and excellent, and younger) partners.
Oh, and we actually like what we do, like our clients, and like our employees and associates. Score.

Robert and his staff are expert and friendly. They have written wills for my wife and me along with all the ancillary documents. I’ve also referred many friends and clients to Robert including my own parents. Now that’s an endorsement!
Thank you, Rob. We value feedback from our clients, and love it when they feel like they were well served!
"Robert wrote the "Elder Law Answers" book so that should be pretty good evidence of his knowledge and commitment to the practice area! Robert is an amazing asset to the community, an outstanding attorney and most importantly, a caring and generous person. I refer clients to Robert and his partners, on a regular basis."
"Robert is entirely committed to the field of Elder Law and his passion and enthusiasm benefit his clients and co-workers. I have known Robert for years and would trust him with the most complex matters. He is knowledgeable, efficient and extremely proficient. I have recommended many clients to Robert and will continue to do so with the utmost of confidence."
"Robert is nationally recognized as a premier leader in the estate planning and elder law fields. His expertise as a lawyer and a leading resource in the education and furtherance of the legal community are widely sought. He is an asset to the community and an attorney I would unequivocally recommend."
"Robert's obviously one of the top attorneys in this field in the community. I am most impressed that he is able to work to bring resolutions that are in the best interests of his clients, rather than costly litigation that is in the best interest of the lawyer. He has helped resolve cases both tremendously complex and simply acrimonious in a very effective manner that is in the best interests of those involved."
"Robert Fleming is among the top 1% of lawyers with whom I have worked. Robert's analytical skills, creativity, and persistence repeatedly win the day for his clients. I would rely upon Robert's judgement on any issue arising from estate planning or guardianship in Arizona."
"Robert Fleming has an excellent reputation in the community. His practice on behalf of elders is a model for our senior citizen, and any client who has Robert representing him is in the best of hands."
"I have known Robert for over 25 years as a colleague and friend. Often, I need to refer a client to an Arizona attorney. Robert is the first Arizona lawyer who comes to mind. I have worked with him (and his staff) on numerous cases over the years and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney for estate planning, elder law or guardianship issues in Arizona. He is insightful and intellectually honest! Give him a call and let him know Baird says hello."
"Mr. Fleming is one of the leading experts in Arizona for special needs trusts. He cares about his clients and offers flat fees for many different types of trust. I highly recommend him. (I came to know Mr. Fleming during law school)."
"I can add nothing to the statements that have already been made re: Mr. Fleming’s credentials and qualifications. He is recognized nationally as a visionary and leader in the law, and particularly in the areas of elder law and special needs. My interactions with him have only confirmed the fact that he is deserving of all the recognition he has received."
"I endorse Robert as one of the top lawyers in Trusts and Elder law. He has the strongest grasp of both local and National laws governing trusts in general and special needs trusts to protect assets for elders and the disabled. The best part is he is able to keep it practical for the client."
"I endorse this lawyer. he is hard working, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. he would be able to help you."
"I strongly endorse this lawyer. Robert Fleming has shaped the field of elder law and is well established as a leader and an expert in the field. I, personally, have learned a great deal from his books, workshops and seminars. We are all fortunate that Robert Fleming so willingly shares his knowledge with members of the legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Robert is THE leader in the country for Elder Law. He has written the book referenced by pretty much every elder law attorney in the country. Robert is one of the good guys and is highly revered by all elder law attorneys."
"Robert Fleming is the elder law attorney most recognized and respected by the pre-eminent elder law attorneys in the United States. I and many other attorneys owe him a great deal. The public owes him even more as his fanatical devotion to the highest ethical standards sets the bar for all professionals."
"Robert is a very accomplished elder law attorney yet very approachable and willing to help colleagues. If I had a relative in Arizona who needed elder law assistance, I would call Robert."
"Those individuals who practice Elder Law are part of a small, but growing community. Anytime you join a community, you quickly learn who's been there for awhile, for example, who's the Smith that Smithville was named after. If there was such a person for the Elder Law community, then it might be Robert Fleming. Robert is, without a doubt, one of the best elder law attorneys in the United States. I recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for an Elder law attorney or a special needs trust attorney in Arizona."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Fleming is an attorney whom others look to for advice. His insights are always valuable. If I have a knotty problem, he is one of the first attorneys I consider referring to."
