rolling over with kindness
If you have a simply guardianship, she's your attorney. However, if there is any possibility of litigation (which why someone hires an attorney to begin with), her subservient demeanor will open doors for the opposition. Rather than suggest counters, she will look at you with a blank stare and wait...
