overcharged and lack of effort. hired new lawyer who charged half and got the job done in a tenth of the time...doh!
I would like to hear from this former client to better understand their concerns and so I can recognize and review the matter and rectify any concerns. My paralegal and I can't think of who this may be as we have no recollection of a client complaint. I would like to take this offline and deal directly with the former client as to what happened and how I can improve the relationship. This is the first complaint in my long time in practice and I take seriously the opportunity to do what I can to repair the relationship.
"I've known Charlie Robinson for quite some time. We have traveled in the same Elder Law circles for years. He is on the forefront of Elder Law, active in national and local associations, an advocate and dedicated to advancing his field of practice. In addition, his approachable demeanor just rounds out his positive attributes making him a well known and sought after attorney."
"Charlie Robinson is one of the lions of elder law, and a visionary practitioner. He is renowned as one of the leading futurists, but he is solidly grounded in present-day practice techniques that serve his clients efficiently, ethically and expertly. He's just plain great."
"Charlie Robinson has been a fixture in the local legal community for many years. He is an attorney of great ethics who enjoys a fine reputation among his peers in elder law, an area of practice that is often difficult and requires somewhat unique skill sets and sensitivity."
