I hired Nicci based on a recommendation from another attorney. I had some hesitation secondary to delays in her responses to questions. She assured me that she had time to take on my case. Over the course of the case, Nicci lost 10-15 emails, forgot discussions/plans, and missed several scheduled mee...tings. I was charged for quite a bit of straightening out the confusion and saw little completed work. It was a frustrating process that left me having spent thousands of dollars and still needing to get basic disclosures and court documents completed. She’s not a bad person, but it’s maddening to pay someone so much money and have them manage time and effort so poorly.
