Nicci Hinderaker

Nicci was very honest and professional from our initial consultation and throughout our case. Our severance case was complex and involved multiple people and states. She quoted us related law and what would have to be proven in order to prevail. Nicci was very honest about the cost due to it being a... complex case. We knew it would not be an easy case to prevail, but with Nicci and her firms knowledge and direction we did in fact prevail. She was well prepared for all the hearings. She did a great job questioning all the witnesses. Not only is Nicci knowledgeable, honest, and professional but has a great personality also. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nicci. I hired Nicci based on a recommendation from another attorney. I had some hesitation secondary to delays in her responses to questions. She assured me that she had time to take on my case. Over the course of the case, Nicci lost 10-15 emails, forgot discussions/plans, and missed several scheduled mee...tings. I was charged for quite a bit of straightening out the confusion and saw little completed work. It was a frustrating process that left me having spent thousands of dollars and still needing to get basic disclosures and court documents completed. She’s not a bad person, but it’s maddening to pay someone so much money and have them manage time and effort so poorly.
