My interactions with Nicole Hinderaker were always conducted with the highest level of professionalism. Nicole was a tremendous resource to my family and I during what could easily be described as the most stressful experience one could have. A parent never desires to find themselves in a situati...on in which they feel as if their children are potentially in harms way. As any parent would attest to, the highest priority in life is protecting their children. Due to the skills of Nicole Hinderaker, we were able to do just that. Nicole spent time with me, as I explained past experiences and why I felt my children needed additional legal protection. She let me express my fears and concerns and addressed all questions thoroughly. She educated me as to the role I would also play, ensuring she had all of the necessary information/documentation she would need to allow her to achieve a successful outcome. Nicole reassured me that she understood the significance to our lives and conveyed a genuine concern for my children's well-being. Nicole's expertise with the juvenile courts made an extremely stressful situation much more tolerable, helping me to understand the process at each and every interval. If you have ever gone through the family/juvenile court process you discover at times you are required to wait as previous cases occassionally run long. While I originally thought of this time as stressful it in the long run was reassuring. This time allowed me to witness many interactions between Nicole and her colleagues, and it was very apparent they also carry a tremendous amount of respect for her and her abilities. This parent sleeps much better at night knowing my children are safer and I will always be grateful for the role Nicole played in assuring this.

I have worked with dozens of attorneys in my career so I have a pretty good idea of what a great attorney is like. When I started my divorce Nicole was recommended to me by another attorney specializing in contract law. My spouse had left the state, was hiding and refusing to accept service. Once ...she got an attorney the attorney also helped her avoid being served the divorce papers. Nicole's wisdom, experience and creativity got me through that very difficult time period. She knew how to deal with the uncooperative attorney and was able to finally get the papers served. She was very understanding of my frustrations and concerns and gave me great perspective on how to deal with it. Nicole has a very high level knowledge of family law in Arizona and she was able to provide invaluable advice on what to expect and what the law requires and allows. As we started negotiating a settlement Nicole was very understanding and supportive. Nicole also protected me from myself and several times during the settlement discussions made me think about what I was doing and if I really understood what I was offering. I appreciated her longer term perspective and concerns when I was getting caught up in the immediate emotion of the divorce. As the divorce progressed the opposing attorney was extremely uncooperative and uncommunicative. I was obviously frustrated and Nicole was able to deal with the situation and assure me things would work out. As we got towards the end Nicole knew exactly when to move to set a court date. It was amazing how the negotiations suddenly accelerated and then concluded. Nicole could sense when it was appropriate to make that move. Nicole was very understanding and patient with me. There were times it seemed that things weren't moving and Nicole was able to counsel and calm me which really helped me cope. Nicole is very concerned about providing great value for the client. Over the 8 months working with Nicole there were several times when she explained costs and how I might minimize my expense. She was always concerned about providing the best value to me. Nicole was very fair with me and she provided great value. She always was extremely productive and I never had any issues or concerns with her billing. As it looked like we might have to go to court I was extremely comfortable to have Nicole represent me in a hearing or trial. Nicole has a very professional demeanor, is respected by other attorneys and knows when to be tough. That gave me great confidence in negotiations because I knew Nicole would be representing me if it went before a Judge. Nicci is an incredible attorney. I'm going through a messy parenting time/child support case and my dishonest ex happened to get a high conflict attorney who is not very nice and difficult to work with. Nicci has been very level headed, calm, and collected during these intense times. She is empathe...tic and really listens to me and understands my concerns.
