I knew within minuets of meeting Erin, she was the right lawyer to help me with my divorce. She has always conducted business with poise and understanding. I would place her highest skill at listening to her clients, I feel she placed my interest on point in her office and in the court room. She is a... great adviser, using her experience and knowledge of the law to help encourage me to make the best decisions. I hired Erin Fox Esq. in mid June of 2016. I was referred by the Arizona Bar Association. After meeting with her and explaining my difficult custody case, she agreed to represent me. I had an extremely difficult case. My ex husband, had sole custody on false pretenses, in my opinion and everyone else..., that should listen to the facts. This was for the last 7 years. It had been nothing short of an up hill battle. I represented myself. Or tried to represent myself, I would go to court and lose. This went on for a few years.. During that time of having to continue to be at my exes mercy to see son, I began to drink to numb the absence of my child. I drank an awful lot. I jumped into an abusive relationship. I was just a mess . I finally had enough and was ready to get my life back and fight my ex for custody. I took a year to get my life in order. Once I got my life in order I was ready for son without having to play by my exes rules. I had a very hard case. I did everything Erin asked to help my case. I listen to all of advice. We went to court and judge requested we reschedule for new date was not ready to rule, wanted us to try to be adults and come to an agreement. My ex would not budge.. So I opted to go to court. I got exactly what I wanted! Erin was able to get me the leverage I needed. She warned me in the very beginning that my case was going difficult and to prepare for maybe being in court for a few years and my chances of winning first time around were so slim. But with her hard work and amazing advice all paid off!! Finally after 7 years!! I will never be able to repay Erin for what she has given me!! I won legal decision and 50/50 parenting time after proving I am a good parent. I could have never done what she accomplished, representing myself. I highly recommend this lawyer. If you are lucky to be represented by Erin, she will not let you down!! Very honest no surprises.. Always prepared and makes sure you are prepared before your days in court. She was always very easy to get ahold of via phone or email. Her staff is very helpful as well. The only thing I would change would have been hiring her in the beginning of this 7 year journey.
