Thea M. Gilbert has represented hundreds of children and parents in both juvenile dependency and family law cases.  Ms. Gilbert has represented children who are taken away from their parents, as well as children who are in trouble with the law.  Parents who have lost custody of their children to the state need specialized and highly skilled legal representation.   Ms. Gilbert has the experience and knowledge to help parents work toward getting their children back as well as working with DCS effectively.
