Roland Lyal Rillos

I just spoke to Mr. Rillos and attempted to explain to him multiple times that my brother willingly placed an in car breathalyzer in his vehicle years ago to prevent him from getting a DUI. He repeatedly attempted to explain that that could not be the case and I must be incorrect. After the fourth ti...me of assuring him that was the case that he has had it for ten years and arguing with him, I finally hung up. Although I'm sure he felt like he was just doing his job, he needs to work on his listening and client relations skills.

Hello, I was very thrilled to work with Mr. Roland Rillos. I found myself in a very unfortunate and precarious position last year after being pulled over and charged with some serious driving-related offenses. As a relatively new resident of Arizona I was quite timid and understandably; I har...bored a great deal of anxiety about the legal process I was facing ahead. During this incredibly difficult time I had contacted several offices seeking legal advice; sadly however I was not satisfied with what other firms’ had to offer. . This difficulty I had encountered in obtaining legal counsel was very discouraging. It wasn’t until I saw a Google Ad online one afternoon that prompted me to call R&R Law Group where things changed. When I called the office, the intake-person took my information and within a few minutes I was able to speak to both Mr. Rillos and his equally amazing legal partner Mr. Robert Gruler. . At this point I knew I was in the right place. Mr. Gruler (himself being a duly qualified and talented practitioner) took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I was even offered a same-day complimentary meeting to go over my concerns more throughly. Upon showing up to the office I was greeted warmly by the staff and then promptly put in touch with Mr Roland Rillos, whom took carriage of my case and ensured my instructions were meticulously followed. — Mr Rillios is a completely genuine man, he is very kind and gracious with his time. I was delighted to work with him as I was ultimately successful in dismissing my criminal charges and instead plead guilty to an amended (non-criminal) charge of driving without a license. Let me start off by saying, I had no prior assocation with this firm or did I get paid for for this review. But hey if they want to pay me after, I wont say no lol. But anyways just found them with a five star review online. As always I was procrastinating so I needed a lawyer quickly. But I did shop... around, they were not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Also the flat fee & flexable payment option had me in. So as soon I hired them, I was recieving emails which was my perfered choice of contact being busy with work. They took care of all the leg work. I would just give them the documents they requested and they took care of the rest. They kept me informed and let me know and make decisions every step of the way. I really felt like I had someone who was also looking out for me and not just their own agenda. They gave me options and advised me, but ultimately let me make my own decisions. At one point we thought we had an opportunity for a plea agreement. But the state did not want to be reasonable and would not make an agreement. I felt down about not wining plea but Roland encouraged me the war wasn't over and he was going to fight for me till the end. The final court hearing was upon us. Roland was there prompt and ready to go with portable computer and a notepad scattered with notes. I was surprised with the amount of information and fine details he had prepared to present. Once court started he jot it down every important detail that was said. He kepted the prosecutor on her toes objecting to any thing that was circumstantial or out of line. At one point he almost got the whole case thrown out because the state had submitted all the testimonies on the wrong day. The judge did not bite but he tired, that shows his experience and attention to detail. Roland was relentless every step of the way, fighting for me and never let up. Ultimately through Roland's hard work, perseverance and experience as a lawyer I was found not guilty of all my charges. Where else are you going to find someone who will fight this hard for you. I will tell you no where I have tired. I could not be happier with my decison to hire Roland & the R & R Law group. With that being said, Roland will be my lawyer all future matters and I will recommend him to any of my friends and family. So make the right choice and choose Roland.

I recently hired R&R Law Group to represent me in a traffic case and I was assign Roland Rillos as my attorney. I now feel like i made a mistake because Roland was so rude and arrogant oh the phone to me. He made me feel like he didnt care about what I thought or felt about my case. He threathened... to drop my case unless I stopped asking questions and do exactly what I was told to do. I can not believe this law firm hires such disresecptful lawyers. I wish I could get another attorney but I am afraid if I complain then they would drop my case and I have already paid the $2000 fee and I have court in a few days. I would not recommend R&R Lsw Group and can not recommend Roland Rollis. Steer clear of this law firm and of this attorney.

Roland helped my boyfiend in his case accusing him of domestic violence. Roland listened with an open mind. He explained very clearly expectations and responsibilities for us. He was very clear about not making false promises but honest about being hopeful. He was honest in providing best and wors...e case scenarios and how he would be able to assist or guide as necessary. He responded almost immediatley to every phone call and/or email. Even on his time off he was willing to respond, meet with me or initiate a call with any news or information. He was able to have these charges dropped and therefore help our future without any additional troubles. As for his fee, I find him very reasonable and he explains very clearly how his time and charges work. In any situation he would explain everything in language that was easy to understand. We are very grateful for the help and the result of his case. We would happily recommend Roland to anyone for any criminal case they might need assistance with. Thank you Roland.
