Review on Michelle carlton

Throughout my experience with Michelle, I have had nothing but a great expeirence. I had currently gone through a very difficult divorce with a domestically violent husband. I explained the situation to Michelle which she had listened carfully and respectfully. She helped me through hard times and di...fficult situations. It's very hard to find a good, tough lawyer like Michelle that will fight for your case to the fullest. She listened to everything I had to say and adviced me in which route we should go to get everything I wanted and it worked. She went above and beyond for me and my case. Everytime Michelle spoke and was presenting my case she had the judges full attention. I never had any problems getting in touch with her and whenever I had an emergency and needed to speak to her right away she made time for me to help me get through the issue at hand. Michelle is very fierce in the court room and knows how to get the things done. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to go home a winner!

More than once

Michelle has represented me on a few occasions. She came recomended from my brother who had hired her for his divorce. Michelle is very quick witted in and out of the court room. In the court room she is very proffesional and well mannered, as well as, gifted with great ability to accomplish her goal...s. Weather it be painting a picture of a person or situation, exsposing dishonesty, or getting her point across, in the clearest and most prescise manner, Michelle is on her game. Out of the court room she will tell you exactly what's what. Many times Michelle told me if something was a bad idea, or what the odds of us getting what we want are. She is very straight forward, and doesn't mince words; you will know what she thinks about something. Her bold direct approach with her clients, combined with excellent ability to argue, is what makes her successful, just listen to her and good things will happen. I foresee a need for an attorny in the future, and I will definatly go back to Michelle again. She is a shark with superb navigational skills for the legal waters!

Excellent Attorney

Michelle Carlton is an excellent and experienced attorney. She always kept me in the loop of the progress and status of my case. She handled my case very professionally and was always on top of any needed information and/or documents. As a result, she got me the best plead deal anyone could get out o...f a case like mine. God forbid i ever get myself in the mess i did, but if am ever in need of an attorney, she would be my first and foremost choice. STRONGLY RECOMMEND !!!

I am Very Happy.

I was in a custody battle with my wife soon to be ex and I was extremely stressed out. I was very happy with Michelle and the close contact she keep with me though the whole process. I was constantly going to court for about 10 months and nothing was getting done. Michelle got the whole divorce over ...in 1 day in court. The judge was going to hold me in contempt of court and Michelle got the judge to throw it out. I own a business and my ex wanted half of it. Michelle was able to let me keep my whole business upon taking the debut which I was more than happy to do. My ex wanted child support and Michelle got it so that no one owed anyone any child support. To sum it all up I am very happy.

Her understanding of divorce law and it's implications on a case is outstanding and her approach to litigation likely saves her clients a lot of money in a process that cares little for an individual's concerns. When I have a case with Michelle, I know the result will be fair and well researched. Though we were opposing attorneys on a recent case, her level of professionalism was impressive. She doesn't give up turf, but she has the experience to know when a settlement is fair and knows how to spare spouses and parents from anguish in needless litigation.
