What can’t she do!

She took my case when several other attorneys told me I had no chance. I was scared and didn’t know what to do but she held my hand through the whole process. Going through a divorce is hard going through a divorce without proper counsel is harder and I’m glad I had her. She told me to listen to her ...and she would get me through this and she did! I was prepared for the hearings and my ex husband was not ( you do not want to sit in front of a judge not prepared.) My ex was represented by one of the biggest firms in Arizona and you could tell he fell through the cracks. I felt like Michelle cared for me and my children during this. Michelle is smart and professional and anyone would be lucky to have her in their corner. I came out a winner and so did my children! Hire her! Listen to her!

Do you want someone that cares?

When you start the process of divorce or custody it is overwhelming right? Do you already feel defeated? Yes, I felt the same way 500 miles away from the most important part of my life, my son, when I hired her based off a referral and over the phone. Since that minute Michelle has beyond exceeded my... wildest expectations and amazing representation when I first hired her. Michelle is not only hands down the best lawyer I could ever acquire, but also the most amazing human being. Michelle is by far what you want when you start this journey. The best part is you don’t have to wait until it is over to feel and know in your soul you are a winner and you are doing everything you can in your battle. She has been there for me whenever I need guiding me and helping offering solutions or just simply listening. Which is what a lawyer is supposed to do!!! I don’t have to reach out to ask her to do things that are important to me. If you are honest and forthcoming with what is realistic and important she does it and touches base with you along the way. If I have questions or something doesn’t feel right or I just feel more comfortable with words being changed it’s done within reason, if not she tells me what is realistic she listens and understands!! From a single mom with no family close to support I can tell you she is a God sent. Who can say that they love, adore and admire their divorce lawyer? Simply put... I can and I mean that from ever cell in my body. I do not have enough amazing words to say about Michelle and her representation, but I can say if you don’t hire her you will wish that you did. Moving forward if I ever need representation again she will be the only one I use and send my loved ones, friends and aquintences to.

MICHELLE CARLTON IS A LIFESAVER!

I was so happy when Michelle received my case. I was married 34 years and needed a representative that would look out for my future. I wasn't made false promises just frank information. The cost was well worth the time and effort put in by this attorney. Michelle went out of her way for me and chang...ed things last minute as required or needed. I considered her a friend after all was said and done. Thanks Michelle. I will refer as necessary if anyone ever in need of services.
