It's always scary when it comes to legal issues and even more when you need to obtain a lawyer. Where to start? Who to trust? I found myself in this situation regarding a child custody case a few months ago and I seriously could not have had a better representative. Everyone I spoke to at this firm w...as nice and Joel himself is a very understanding and considerate person. He went out of his way to assist me, in my opinion. Joel was never difficult to get into touch with, he provided advise, and good reason. I didn't feel alone in this matter or feel that I was unheard or that I had lingering questions. Joel was very good about explaining each hearing and providing information so I knew what to expect. Joel has a very calm approach to situations and although things in the legal mind is all "matter of fact" Joel still did a great job at helping to maintain a stress free case. That's not to say that the case wasn't worry some, but the fact that I had a competent lawyer who put his heart into my case made it feel much better. I highly recommend Joel to anyone needing guidance/representation. It's never easy and never cheep, but when my case was over, I didn't feel robed financially. If you need a lawyer, there are plenty of them out there, but if you need a powerful FRIEND, Joel will most certainly not disappoint.
