Not enough follow up or research
COVID.. an excuse to not have to follow up. Who do these decisions affect? The small innocent ones. A decision was made to give 50/50 custody to a proven addict who had manipulated the system.. again.. Sober for barely 6 months… I had to remind her to follow up with the other party. It is not unusual that parties in the midst of high-conflict child custody cases are disappointed with the outcome. As a neutral party, it is my role to remain objective and represent the best interests of the children. I do not favor one party over the other; I give a fair and thorough analysis of the facts and issues at play. Ultimately, the Court makes the final decision.

Was assigned to my custody case. Spoke to me once. Sent mail to wrong address and made it look as though I am not compliant. Wrong information on the statement as well.
