It is not unusual that parties in the midst of high-conflict child custody cases are disappointed with the outcome. As a neutral party, it is my role to remain objective and represent the best interests of the children. I do not favor one party over the other; I give a fair and thorough analysis of the facts and issues at play. Ultimately, the Court makes the final decision.
