COVID.. an excuse to not have to follow up. Who do these decisions affect? The small innocent ones. A decision was made to give 50/50 custody to a proven addict who had manipulated the system.. again.. Sober for barely 6 months… I had to remind her to follow up with the other party. I had to ask and ...push for an interview with my child. When I asked her to conduct a meeting with my child I was told if I thought it was necessary I could schedule a zoom meeting. So non personal and of course a child is not going to be completely honest unless they are placed in a non biased environment. My child begs to not go to the other parents house, told the social worker who was sent that she didn’t want to be with the other parent. Very unsatisfied with the level of communication, research, and follow up.

Was assigned to my custody case. Spoke to me once. Sent mail to wrong address and made it look as though I am not compliant. Wrong information on the statement as well. It also took over 2 weeks to get the one and only Conversation with her. She was short and rude but talked highly if the other party... off the jump.

My case was just closed out with Ms. Bell and let me tell you she was exactly what I needed ! She fought hard for me & my rights & went above & beyond to get me out of this mess I was in . I ended up with minimum consequences due to the fact that they wouldn't dismiss my case . But without her I woul...d've got it worse ! She is very understand, nice & a very strong woman whom is not afraid to back down !!
