High-conflict Custody Case
After 3 years of navigating a high-conflict custody case with little movement, attorney Michal Clancy at Hildebrand law was able to contain and guide the case towards a favorable ruling. I would highly recommend them.

Insightful & Caring Advocate
When I was confronted with a somewhat surprising divorce action, Chris was there for me. In my case, he was truly acting as a friend, one who listened with a caring ear - however it was also the ear of a highly practiced and competent lawyer! He clearly saw what I simply couldn't see at the time - that my spouse was planning to take serious advantage of me. As both my Friend and Attorney, Chris stood up for me and protected me in my troubled times, and I thank him for his advocacy and friendship.

Great Divorce Attorney

Brilliant, Insightful, Dedicated and Attentive
Divorce and child custody is messy, complicated and at times quite ugly. Chris and his staff were amazing and I don't believe I appreciated that enough at the time. Very responsive to phone calls and emails. Always on time for meetings and never missed court deadlines. Brilliant understanding not just of the law, but how it plays out in the courtroom, in front of the judge and in life. Excellent attention to detail and dedication to ferreting out missing pieces. My favorite thing about Chris was reading any document he had prepared. Whether it was a motion for the court, a response to opposing counsel, an email or a memo it was guaranteed to be excellent. He has a way of wording both the simple and complex in a way that compels you to follow along. Clear and concise but at the same time with an understanding of writing for an audience that most lawyers don't understand or possess.

Definitely someone you want on your side!
I was very happy with Chris representing me in my divorce. I was made fully aware of all the possible outcomes & given all of the information needed to make the necessary decisions. Over the years I am protected daily still by the divorce that Chris helped me obtain. He always made me feel as though I was the only client he had and that he could take all the time in the world with me to address all my fears and questions until I was satisfied. I'd have no reservations about recommending him to anyone seeking legal advice.

Peace of mind
Chris gave me the one thing I needed more than anything during my divorce, peace of mind. I felt like every concern and question I had was addressed and all of the possible outcomes were identified. There were no surprises. I always knew what the next steps were going be. I had a lot of anxiety when I started this process, but Chris and everyone and Hildebrand Law made me feel at ease.

Very pleased with my results
Chris advocated hard for the agreement I wanted with my ex-husband. He took my input and together we agreed on a strategy. His team was available to me when I needed them and were very knowledgeable about the process and what I should expect. I have already recommended Chris to several others and will continue to do so.

Great Attorney and Staff
In addition to Chris's strong advocacy in the courtroom is the strong support of his in house team. By having knowledgeable Paralegal and Administrative capability just a phone call away, greatly reduced any wasted time trying to move the process along. Working with Chris and his staff was a very comfortable experience from the beginning. Going through a six year, extremely complicated, custody battle was a very emotional and taxing event; however, knowing that I had such a competent attorney on my side put my mind at ease. Chris understood how important my relationship with my daughter is to me and made sure never to lose sight of that throughout the battle. Choosing Chris to represent me and to fight for what was right and important, was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself and my daughter. Outstanding Lawyer
Chris was simply outstanding! As a senior Army Officer, with a very messy divorce and 3 kids; I needed a smart, yet compassionate attorney. Chris fit that bill perfectly. He took my intent and ran with it, handeling everything during my multiple deployments. He clearly understood what was important to me. He tirelessy researched the Army regulations and tied it into the Arizona law flawlessly. He gave me options and carefully explained the fiscal and potential emotional costs of each course of action, while keeping my ultimate goal in clear focus. He always helped keep me grounded during the entire process. Today, as a direct result of his efforts; my kids and I are very happy and living a normal and happy post divorce life. I used him a second time recently (new issue with the same divorce) with equally fantastic results. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime.

Christopher S. Hildebrand
Chris over promised and undelivered for a ridiculous amount of money. I had him withdraw from my case and had another attorney close "his" deal because I had lost faith in his ability and grew tired of his double talk. Do yourself a favor, find another attorney.
