I was recommend to Mitch and told that I should take advantage of the free consultation even if I could not afford to hire an attorney. I scheduled the appointment and was told about the no-show fee, but as promised, I showed up for my appointment so my card was not charged. He was very thorough and ...honest, and gave solid advice even though he knew I could not afford to hire him. After hiring him he had a look on his face that said this case is not going to work... Should of known left him with on document and some misc. papers. He knew that day I'm sure that our case was not going to work. $5000.00 retainer fee 10-15 minutes of glancing at papers. $700.00 rip off lawyer.. Be... wise read him well don't let emotions get in the way..
